ALL-INCLUSIVE RATES

Our nightly room rates are all-inclusive for two people, with carte blanche use of sports equipment and facilities, as well as three meals, afternoon tea, unlimited wine, liquor, and liqueurs from help-yourself bars open 24 hours a day. In addition to the rate there is an 18% service charge and New York State sales tax of 8% These are 2008 rates and are subject to change without notice.

RESERVATIONS

Reservations are required, as we do not accept drop-ins. To make a reservation, please telephone. We will hold the space requested for 24hrs, by which time we must receive a deposit of $500 per day per room, or the reservation will have to be voided to make room for others.

DEPOSIT

Upon receipt of your deposit, we will confirm your reservation by mailing you a confirmation letter and bill for the balance, which is due 60 days prior to your arrival. The Balance due will be automatically applied to the credit card we have on file. Should you wish to change that credit card please contact our office prior to the balance due date. If the balance has not been received by that date, the reservation will be cancelled, and the deposit will be non-refundable. In the event that your reservation is made within the 60 days, the reservation must be paid in full and is then non-refundable

Please note: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express Cards. This makes the booking procedure much easier, as we can do it all by telephone.

BOOK EARLY

We are quite busy at The Point, and strongly encourage booking well in advance. We can confirm reservations for you one calendar year ahead of time. Whilst we will gladly make a tentative reservation for you more than one year ahead of time, please be aware that the reservation will be on a priority hold basis that will be confirmed within one calendar year.call for that spur-of-the-moment need to escape.

CANCELLATIONS

Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last-minute cancellation leaves us little chance of filling the reserved space due to our remote location. For these reasons, we uphold a strict cancellation policy.

Your funds, less $200 per room booked, will be happily refunded if cancellation is made AT LEAST 60 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. After that, no refund is possible regardless of the reason for non-arrival or early departure, unless we are able to re-book the space. However, you are welcome to send someone else in your place.
